Your phone must be carrier-unlocked / SIM-unlocked.
LG U+ physical prepaid SIM is supported only on Apple iPhones and Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
LG U+ Prepaid eSIM Conversion is available only on compatible iPhones. Android is not supported. An additional 5,000 KRW conversion fee applies.
The prepaid SIM application form must be completed by hand after purchase. Your name and both required signatures must be handwritten.
Korean nationals must use a valid Korean passport.
If you have a valid ARC / Residence Card, you must use it for activation. At least 1 month of validity must remain, and the physical card must be scanned using the required ID scanner.
A separate activation ID scan is required after arrival, including LG U+ Prepaid eSIM Conversion customers.
