Official SKT Korea eSIM / SIM is different from a standard data-only eSIM and may include a Korean phone number, with calling features available on eligible plans. An activation ID scan is not required for data use. Passport authenticity verification on our website is required when using eligible calling features.

→Order Your Prepaid SIM
Choose your prepaid SIM plan, carrier, pickup option, and complimentary 1-day data service. Application instructions will be sent by email.

→Complete & Submit Your Documents
Complete the application form by hand and submit the required ID documents. KoreaUSIM will arrange your SIM pickup and complimentary data service.

Pickup, ID Scan & Activation
After arriving in Korea, complete SIM pickup and the required ID scan. After activation, your Korean mobile number and usage instructions will be sent by email.
Same-day activation depends on carrier, nationality, ID type, arrival time, and carrier processing conditions.

→Choose Your Destination & Plan
Select the eSIM plan for your destination, travel period, and data needs. Before purchasing, confirm that your phone supports eSIM, displays an EID, and is carrier-unlocked.

→Receive QR Code by Email
Your eSIM QR code and setup instructions are sent to your registered email.

Install Before Departure & Connect on Arrival
Install the eSIM over stable Wi-Fi before departure. After arrival, turn on the eSIM and enable data roaming to connect.
Travel Data eSIMs are data-only and normally do not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS. Most eSIM QR codes can be installed only once.
