The 1-day plan provides mobile data only.

The following services are not included with the 1-day plan:

• 🚫 Korean mobile number service
• 🚫 Voice calls
• 🚫 SMS

Customers who need a Korean phone number and calling functions should select an eligible plan of two days or longer and complete the required passport verification.

🌏 Service for Foreign Nationals

Foreign-national customers who select an eligible plan can use the Korean phone number after completing passport authenticity verification with a valid foreign passport.

After successful verification, the service includes:

• 🇰🇷 Korean mobile number
• 📞 5 minutes of free domestic calls in Korea
• 🔄 Recharge option for additional domestic calls and SMS

⚠️ The calling function may remain unavailable until passport verification has been completed.

🇰🇷 Service for Korean Nationals

Korean-national customers can use this product as a data-only eSIM, regardless of the selected duration.

• 🪪 Activation document: Korean passport required

⚠️ Even if a Korean phone number appears in the device settings, Korean-national customers cannot use voice calls or SMS.

Korean nationals must complete activation using a Korean passport.

💰 Call and SMS Recharge

Eligible foreign-national customers can recharge the balance for additional domestic calls and SMS after activation.

Please note:

• 📞 The included free call allowance is 5 minutes.
• 💳 Additional calls and SMS require a separate balance recharge.
• ❌ Recharge balance cannot be cancelled or refunded after processing.
• ❌ Any unused balance is also non-refundable.
• 💡 Recharge only the amount you expect to use.

We recommend adding a small amount first and purchasing an additional recharge only when necessary.

📱 Choose eSIM or Physical SIM

📧 eSIM Delivery

Customers using a compatible eSIM device will receive the eSIM QR code at the email address entered during checkout.

QR codes are normally delivered on the same day during business hours, but immediate delivery is not guaranteed.

✈️ Physical SIM Airport Pickup

Eligible foreign-national customers whose phones do not support eSIM may select a physical SKT SIM card instead.

Physical SIM pickup is available at SKT Roaming Centers at:

• 🛫 Incheon International Airport Terminal 1
• 🛫 Incheon International Airport Terminal 2
• 🛫 Gimpo International Airport
• 🛫 Gimhae International Airport
  

A pickup voucher will be sent separately to the registered email address after the reservation is completed.

Please bring:

• 🪪 Your original foreign passport
• 📄 Your SIM pickup voucher

⚠️ Korean-national customers cannot collect a physical SIM under this product and must select the data-only eSIM option.

📲 eSIM Installation

🍎 iPhone
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Use QR Code

🤖 Android
Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code

⚠️ The menu name may vary depending on the device.

⚠️ The QR code must be scanned through the phone's Add eSIM menu. Do not scan it only with the regular camera application.

💡 For easier installation, display the QR code on another phone, tablet, or computer.

⏱️ When Does the Service Begin?

The service period normally begins when the eSIM first connects to the SKT network in Korea.

Plans are generally calculated in 24-hour units from the first connection.

💡 We recommend installing the eSIM before departure while connected to stable Wi-Fi, then turning on the eSIM line and data roaming after arriving in Korea.

🛬 After Arriving in Korea

• 📶 Turn on the SKT eSIM line
• 📱 Select the SKT eSIM for mobile data
• 🌐 Turn on data roaming for the eSIM
• 🔕 Turn off data roaming for your original SIM
• 🔄 Restart your phone if it does not connect

💡 Installing the eSIM before arriving in Korea does not normally begin the service period.

⚠️ Important QR Code Notice

The eSIM QR code can normally be installed only once.

After installation:

• ❌ Do not delete the eSIM
• ❌ Do not install it on another phone
• ❌ Do not repeatedly scan the QR code
• ❌ Do not reset the eSIM profile
• ❌ Do not reset your device before or during your trip

⚠️ A deleted, previously installed, or already-used eSIM may not be reissued.

• ✅ Is carrier-unlocked
• ✅ Can add a new eSIM profile
• ✅ Supports the SKT network in Korea
