Data-Only Service

Travel data eSIMs provide mobile data only.

They generally do not include:
❌ A local phone number
❌ Standard voice calls
❌ SMS service

You can still use internet-based applications such as WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, FaceTime, Messenger, and other VoIP services.

How It Works
1️⃣ Select your destination and travel period.
2️⃣ Enter a valid email address when placing your order.
3️⃣ Receive your eSIM QR code by email.
4️⃣ Install the eSIM through your phone settings while connected to stable Wi-Fi.
5️⃣ After arriving at your destination, turn on the eSIM line and data roaming.

The service period generally begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network at the destination.

For example:
📅 1-day plan: approximately 24 hours from activation
📅 3-day plan: approximately 72 hours from activation
📅 5-day plan: approximately 120 hours from activation

Installation Guide

🍎 iPhone
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Use QR Code

🤖 Android
Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code

⚠️ Do not scan the QR code only through the ordinary camera application. The QR code must be added through your phone's eSIM settings.

💡 For easier installation, display the QR code on another phone, tablet, or computer.

Before Purchasing

Please confirm that your device:
✅ Supports eSIM
✅ Displays an EID
✅ Is carrier-unlocked
✅ Supports the mobile network bands used at your destination

eSIM support may differ depending on the device model, country of purchase, and carrier settings.

Important QR Code Policy

Most eSIM QR codes can be installed only once.

After installation:
🚫 Do not delete the eSIM
🚫 Do not reset the eSIM profile
🚫 Do not install it on another device
🚫 Do not repeatedly scan the QR code

A deleted or previously installed eSIM may not be reissued.

Activation and Usage

We recommend installing the eSIM before departure while connected to stable Wi-Fi.

After arriving at your destination:
📶 Turn on the eSIM line
📱 Select the eSIM for mobile data
🌐 Turn on data roaming
🔕 Turn off data roaming for your original SIM
🔄 Restart your phone if the network does not connect

Installing the eSIM before departure does not normally begin the usage period. The plan generally starts after connecting to a supported network at the destination.

China eSIM

Selected China eSIM products include an international internet routing function.

A separate VPN application or paid VPN service is generally not required. Once connected, services such as Google, YouTube, Instagram, LINE, and KakaoTalk may be accessed through the eSIM connection.

Traveler Registration

Some destinations require identity registration before mobile service can be used.

Passport or traveler verification may be required for selected products covering:

Recharge and Extension

Most travel data eSIM products are single-use products and cannot be recharged.

If the service period ends, a new eSIM must normally be purchased.

The complimentary 1-day data eSIM provided with selected prepaid phone orders is separate from any additional paid plan. Paid data eSIM products are sold for their full selected duration with a 10% discount.

Delivery

Your eSIM QR code will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Delivery is made during business hours, generally on the same day. Delivery is not always immediate.
